1. Privacy Policy for use of LinkedIn

Applicable to Qufora A/S’s processing of personal data that you as visitor and/or customer leave and/or provide when visiting Qufora’s Company page on LinkedIn. Qufora A/S is subject to Danish law.

This personal data policy supplements LinkedIn’s privacy policy and cookie policy and has been updated as of October 18th, 2021.

The Privacy Policy applies to Qufora A/S’s processing of personal data about you as customer and/or visitor (the data subject) on Qufora A/S’s LinkedIn Company page. Qufora A/S and LinkedIn are joint data controllers for the processing of the data subjects’ personal data on that page.

Qufora A/S complies with the Danish Data Protection Agency’s guidelines regarding joint data responsibility, and, with the applicable tools, attempts to best ensure that you as a data subject receive information about the processing of your personal data (personal data) when visiting our LinkedIn Company page.

2. Collection

Personal data processed in connection with Qufora’s LinkedIn Company page is collected directly from you (the data subject) through your profile when you interact on the Company page.

3. Processing of personal data, purpose, and legal basis for processing

As a starting point, Qufora only processes general personal data on our Company page, including name and contact information that are already publicly available on your profile.

The purpose of our personal data processing on our LinkedIn Company page is to make Qufora a visible workplace and to market the company to potential and/or existing customers.

Qufora processes your personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Consent form

Your personal data is also processed in accordance with actively given consent, cf. Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, which can always be withdrawn through our cookie policy.

4. Storage, recipients and third countries

No later than after 5 years, Qufora will remove correspondence from our LinkedIn Company page, including posts, comments, likes and e-mails in the messenger function.

Please note that it is possible for you to delete your own published correspondence from our Company page when you no longer want to this to be public.

We recommend that you read LinkedIn’s guidelines for personal data processing in connection with storage and deletion, as well as in connection with recipients and when transferring to third countries in their privacy policy and cookie policy

5. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights as a data subject:

• Gain access to the personal data that both Qufora and LinkedIn process about you; however, with certain statutory exceptions
• The right to object to the collection and further processing of your personal data
• The right to have your personal data corrected, deleted or blocked
• In some cases, the right to restrict the processing of your personal data
• The right to receive personal data about yourself, and in some cases to transfer personal data that you have provided to LinkedIn, to another data controller (data portability)

6. Changes to the privacy policy

Qufora reserves the right to make changes to the privacy policy for the use of LinkedIn above due to significant changes in legislation or as a result of changes in our processing activities.

7. Links and references to other websites, etc.

Although our LinkedIn Company page contains links and/or references to other websites, we are not responsible for the content on these (third party websites) or for the procedures these third parties have for the collection and processing of your personal data.

We therefore recommend that you always read their guidelines for the processing of your personal data, when visiting a third party’s website.
