We are now looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as our new Enterprise Application & Data Insights Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your expertise managing Microsoft applications like CRM and ERP while actively driving data insights to support our business growth. Qufora HQ is located north of Copenhagen in Allerød. We are currently around 60 people in Headquarters, and we work with our 5 subsidiaries and 16 distributors across the globe.
As IT is a key strategic lever and critical enabler of growth in our business, we have decided to embed the IT function within the Strategy Office to ensure full alignment between IT and over overarching strategy. This also means that this role is part of the Strategy Office and reports directly into the Vice President & Head of Strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the management and day-to-day operation of our Microsoft application suite, including CRM, ERP, and related tools.
- Help ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and prepared for future growth.
- Collaborate with our implementation partner to connect applications and data, setting clear objectives for successful integration.
- Contribute to driving data-driven decision making by leveraging reporting and analytics within our systems.
- Assist in preparing materials and hosting steering committee meetings to share progress and receive guidance.
- Support data governance, security, and compliance initiatives.
- Stay curious about new features, trends, and best practices in Microsoft applications and enterprise tech.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Passion for technology and application management with a curiosity to learn quickly.
- Good understanding of enterprise applications, especially Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, ERP, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and integration tools (Power Platform, APIs, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Able to take ownership of tasks and drive projects forward with a positive, ‘can-do’ mindset.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow your technical skills.
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a technology or application support role preferred but not required.
- Relevant certifications or coursework in Microsoft applications or data management are a bonus.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields is desirable.
